By accessing or using Odysser, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Odysser. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

Odysser is an AI-powered video editing platform that enables users to upload or import media (including from third-party services such as Google Drive) to generate, edit, and export video content.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

  1. Accounts and Authentication

You may need to sign in using third-party authentication services (such as Google). You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your account

all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use another user’s account without permission.

  1. User Content
    4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of any videos, audio, images, or other content you upload or import (“User Content”).

We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2 License to Odysser

You grant Odysser a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, and display your User Content only to provide and improve the Service, including AI-powered processing and video generation.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where storage is required for legal or technical reasons.

4.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all rights necessary to upload and use it.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate any applicable laws or regulations

upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive

attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service

use Odysser to build a competing product

misuse APIs, automation, or system resources

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Third-Party Services (Including Google Drive)

Odysser may integrate with third-party services.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Odysser to access data strictly to perform the requested functionality (e.g., importing selected files).

Odysser:

only accesses data you explicitly authorize

does not sell connected account data

does not use third-party data for advertising

Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms.

  1. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

If Odysser offers paid plans:

fees are billed in advance

payments are non-refundable unless required by law

we may change pricing with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

  1. Intellectual Property

All Odysser software, design, branding, and platform features (excluding User Content) are owned by Odysser and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

  1. Privacy

Your use of Odysser is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

  1. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

  1. Termination

You may stop using Odysser at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • required by law

  • necessary to protect the platform or users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Odysser does not guarantee specific performance, results, or availability.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odysser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Odysser in the past 12 months, or $100 if none.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odysser, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

  • your use of the Service

  • your content

  • violation of these Terms

  • violation of any law or third-party rights

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
